Duties
- Provide day-to-day HR administration and support to employees and managers.
- Assist with recruitment, including preparing job adverts, arranging interviews and supporting the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Support the preparation of contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
- Assist with induction and onboarding of new employees.
- Monitor and maintain records relating to annual leave, sickness absence and other employee information.
- Support managers with HR processes and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including preparing documentation and arranging meetings when required.
- Ensure HR records and processes are maintained in line with company policies and relevant employment legislation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function.
- Always maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Undertake other admin work in the office that includes disciplinary processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences.
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, and ability to develop o implement an HR tool.
- Knowledge of social media management tools for talent acquisition campaigns is a plus and maintaining our social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Pay: £25,420.00-£28,500.00 per year
