Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician/ Beauty therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty nail care and design, coupled with excellent customer service skills. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services and beauty treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Perform Beauty treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any aftercare required
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care and design
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician
- Hold qualifications in Beauty services
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Attention to detail and a passion for beauty and nails
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in nail technology are advantageous
