PMAC Inspection is a member of the PMAC Group of companies who specialise in flow assurance products and subsea corrosion inspection and integrity services to the Offshore Oil, Gas, Renewables, and related industries. Using our extensive in-field experience, we design, engineer and build specialised equipment as well as providing specialised inspection services globally.
PMAC are looking for an organised and detail-focused person to hire on a permanent flexible part-time basis to join our small office team as an Admin / Accounts Assistant involved with the general running of the business and supporting the Management Team.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, supporting general office administration, and needing flexibility in working hours at the beginning/end of the day or even certain days a week.
Our work environment is professional but relaxed, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys being organised, reliable, and thorough. Because our onshore office-based team is small, this role is best suited to someone who’s happy wearing “many hats” and is comfortable working independently.
This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Located in Aberdeen, you will play an integral part in helping us uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Flexible part-time hours that fit around life commitments, of 25 to 30 hours per week range to be discussed at interview.

Duties will include but are not restricted to;
· Perform data entry tasks to ensure all transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
· Processing invoices, payments, and expenses into the company’s Xero accounts software.
· Maintain asset records, equipment maintenance files, training records, certifications and other technical documentation.
· Managing accounts payable and receivable.
· Assisting with payroll and VAT return preparation.
· Maintaining and updating of company’s Inventory control systems.
· Monitoring Inventory levels and maintaining minimum stock quantities
· Ordering from suppliers on both a regular and ad-hoc basis under the companies purchasing procedures.
· General office administration and support duties, including answering calls, emails, office organisation.
· Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping processes.
· Assist with preparation of delivery / return paperwork for equipment.
· To ensure that all activities are undertaken safely and to ensure that HSE legislation, company processes, policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times.
· Monitoring and updating the companies QHSE documentation including checking cross references between documents and that records are completed.
· Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks
· Preparing budgetary reports for management to template.

· Previous experience in bookkeeping, office administration and accounting software, ideally Xero.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Creative and adaptable in the ability to manage new challenges with problem solving skills
· Excellent communicator, in both written and verbal forms
· Experience working under a Health & Safety, ISO9001 and QA procedures is desirable.
