Are you an experienced Class 1 HGV driver looking for a new opportunity? Join Vigor Logistics Ltd in Cardiff as our newest member of the team.
Due to expansion of one of our major contracts, Vigor Logistics Ltd are looking for a Class 1 HGV driver to work Day shifts delivering palletised goods for a major supermarket chain from RDC to Stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Class 1 vehicle professionally and safely at all times
- Complete planned deliveries and collections efficiently within specified timeframes
- Adhere to all road transport regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Work on an ongoing major contract
- Load & Unload vehicle at both RDC & Stores with PPT.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 HGV entitlement
- No more than 6 penalty points
- CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
- At least 2 years experience as a Class 1 driver, preferably with supermarket store delivery experience
- Good knowledge of UK road networks
