This Is More Than a Traditional Dental Nursing Role

As a Dental Nurse at Smmmile, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while working alongside clinicians in a fast-paced, high-performing and supportive environment.
You won’t simply “assist chairside”.

About the Role
This is a people-focused clinical role where professionalism, teamwork and patient care come first.
You’ll work closely with clinicians and the wider team to:
- Deliver exceptional chairside support
- Create a calm and welcoming patient experience
- Support cosmetic and restorative treatments
- Prepare and maintain clinical environments to the highest standards
- Embrace modern technology and innovative ways of working
- Support digital workflows including scanning and patient communication
- Help maintain a positive, high-energy team culture
- Represent the Smmmile brand professionally at all times
