GEO Site & Testing Services Ltd (GSTL) is a UKAS certified Geotechnical Site and Laboratory Testing Services company that operates throughout the UK mainland, Ireland, Europe and other international projects. The company's HQ is in Llanelli, South Wales, UK.
GSTL specialise in the geotechnical testing of soils, rocks, aggregates and site works/testing as well as drilling services. From site sampling and sample logistics to sample testing in our labs, interim and final reports delivered electronically, long term sampling and sample storage.
Job description
Main Duties - You will be required to organise the day to day running of a testing station within the laboratory, organising your day to make sure tests within your station are completed accurately and on time, you will also be required to report any issues to senior technicians and at times, directly notify clients of delays and test amendments etc.
Post is for Monday - Friday 7.30 am - 4.00 pm with overtime during weekdays and weekends optional (please note we request applicants have the flexibility to be able to work some overtime).
No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided. Position is probational for six months moving onto a potential full time post.
National Minimum Wage Applies.
