Overview
We are looking for an organised and customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join our Commercial Workshop team. This role is central to keeping our workshop running smoothly by ensuring technicians have the right parts, at the right time, and that customers receive a professional and efficient service.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 - 12:30
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the commercial workshop team to support daily operations
- Assist in identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts for commercial vehicles
- Process incoming orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Pre‑pick parts for booked jobs to ensure technicians can begin work without delay
- Price and manage workshop health checks, ensuring all recommendations are costed and communicated
- Chase outstanding orders and provide timely updates to the workshop and customers
- Maintain accurate stock records using computer and dealership systems
- Organise stock areas to ensure safe, efficient access and smooth workflow
- Support general administrative duties related to parts control and procurement.
About You
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicator with clear, professional phone and face‑to‑face etiquette
- Experience using computer systems for data management
- Previous experience in a parts, automotive, or commercial workshop environment is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in stock handling, pricing, and order tracking
- Prior experience as a Parts Advisor is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
