We’re at the start of something — and as General Manager, you’ll set the standard for everything that follows.

The Role:
This is your site.
You’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operation — leading the team, driving performance, and making sure every shift runs properly.
You’ll be hands-on when it matters, leading from the front during service, and stepping back when needed to coach, develop and build your team.
When it’s working well, it should feel simple:
- the team knows what they’re doing
- the food is right
- the energy is right
- and customers leave thinking “that was worth it”
What you’ll be responsible for:
Running the Operation
- Take full accountability for the site — performance, standards and results
- Make sure every shift is set up to succeed
- Keep things moving at pace without cutting corners
Leading the Team
- Set the tone — positive, calm, and switched on
- Lead from the front during busy service
- Build a team that backs each other and performs consistently
- Spot potential and actively develop people around you
Customer Experience
- Make sure every customer interaction feels easy, friendly and worth their time
- Encourage the team to go above and beyond in small, natural ways
- Deal with issues calmly and turn them into better experiences
Standards & Detail
- Keep front and back of house clean, organised and sharp
- Make sure food leaving the kitchen is always right
- Stay on top of the details that take something from good to great
Stock, Systems & Control
- Manage stock, ordering and waste effectively
- Use systems (e.g. Nory) to track performance and keep control of the numbers
- Stay ahead of what the business needs today and tomorrow
Commercial Performance
- Own the site P&L — understand where the money goes and how to improve it
- Manage costings and reduce waste
- Work towards targets and drive results without compromising standards

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year experience in a general manager role
Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
