Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear communication and prompt assistance
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating databases, and other internal systems
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating logistics for various events or activities
- Support clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and clarity
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
- Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and basic data entry techniques
- Previous administrative experience or clerical experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fast typing skills with accuracy to support data entry needs
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
