Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at Funtime, Castle St, Belfast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers. Position will be primarily at our Castle St premises but overtime will also be available at our Antrim Rd premises.
Duties
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information.
- Handle cash transactions securely.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and security.
- Perform basic maths calculations to provide correct customers transactions.
Skills
- Proficient in basic maths for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English;
- Time management skills to handle peak hours effectively.
- Organisational skills to maintain an orderly work area
18+ due to licensing.
35 hours per week plus holiday cover.
