We are currently recruiting Production Operatives / Machine Operatives for a well-established manufacturing client based in Yate. This is a permanent position offering stable, ongoing work, full training, and overtime opportunities.

Pay & Benefits:
- £15.42 per hour + £1.86 per hour holiday allowance
- Overtime paid at time and a half

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
08.00-17.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and loading production machinery
- Machine minding and monitoring output
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Manual handling of materials and goods
- Preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or machine operative role is beneficial but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Good attention to detail
