We're looking for an Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Dyno Plumbing team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in supporting our day-to-day operations, customer service activities, compliance requirements, and health & safety processes.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied role combining office administration, customer service, health & safety compliance, and operational support. You will be responsible for ensuring our business runs smoothly while maintaining compliance with industry standards and client requirements. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to sites (approximately twice per month) to carry out audits and inspections.
Operations & Customer Support
· Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
· Scheduling appointments and coordinating engineers' workloads
· Maintaining accurate customer and job records
· Preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence
· Supporting the wider management team with administrative tasks
Compliance & Health & Safety
· Preparing and maintaining RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
· Ensuring compliance documentation remains accurate and up to date
· Managing training, certification, and compliance records
· Supporting accident, incident, and near-miss reporting processes
· Assisting with client, industry, and regulatory compliance requirements
Audits & Quality Assurance
· Conducting site audits and inspections (approximately twice per month)
· Completing audit reports and monitoring corrective actions
· Working closely with engineers and management to maintain compliance standards
· Supporting continuous improvement and quality initiatives across the business
What We're Looking For
Essential
· Previous experience in an administration, operations, compliance, or coordination role
· Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
· Experience within plumbing, construction, engineering, facilities management, or a similar sector
· Experience preparing or managing RAMS
· Knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements
· Experience carrying out audits or inspections
· IOSH, NEBOSH, or similar health & safety qualification
