About the Role
Function: Contact Centre Agent
Contract: Permanent
Location: Trencherfield Mill, Heritage Way, Wigan WN3 4BN
Hours of work: 2 SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Monday to Thursday: 5PM to 9PM and Sunday: 11:00AM to 8pm
Tuesday to Friday: 5PM to 9PM and Saturday: 11AM to 8PM
Pay: £Base pay and shift premium.
Purpose of the role
The Night Owl shift allows Interact to provide services to our clients and customers, this gives us the opportunity to offer you a flexible shift pattern to work around your commitments. You will be managing inbound and outbound calls for our clients; these are sales calls. The Night Owl shift also comes with a shift allowance meaning flexibility with a higher hourly rate of pay for hours worked.
· Answering calls promptly and professionally in line with our client’s brand values
· Exceeding client sales and cross sell targets through exceptional customer service, actively listening to customers' concerns and offering appropriate solutions
· Assisting customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing and account management
· Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
· Ensuring customer satisfaction on all calls

Note - The Call Centre Agent position will require the initial four weeks to be on our day shift between 09:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday as part of our comprehensive training, come join us on our journey and grow with us.
