Post-Press Operations Warehouse Coordinators

The Opportunity
We are looking for two proactive and organised Post-Press Operations Warehouse Coordinators to join our busy Operations team.
This is a key role within our production and warehouse operation, responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of work-in-progress (WIP), coordinating stock movements, supporting packing operations, and maintaining excellent warehouse standards. Working closely with Production, Packing, Dispatch and Fulfilment teams, you will help ensure products move seamlessly through the business and are delivered to customers on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Production Coordination
· Manage the flow of work-in-progress throughout the Post-Press operation to ensure products are stored and moved efficiently.
· Coordinate with Operations and Packing teams to ensure work is supplied to packing lines in the correct order and at the right time.
· Monitor warehouse locations and ensure pallets and materials are correctly identified, labelled and stored.
· Support the movement of products between production, packing, dispatch and fulfilment areas.
· Prepare pallets and goods for shipment and transfer.
· Coordinate and manage overs stock, ensuring materials are retained and disposed of in accordance with agreed schedules.
Stock Control & Inventory
· Assist with stock management activities and inventory accuracy.
· Support stock-taking procedures and regular stock checks.
· Verify dispatch documentation and ensure stock transfers are completed accurately.
· Ensure all stock is located in the correct warehouse and fulfilment locations.
Equipment & Operations
· Safely operate forklift trucks and other authorised handling equipment.
· Load, unload and transport materials throughout the site.
· Support waste management and recycling processes in line with company environmental objectives.
· Develop an understanding of print production and finishing operations to support workflow efficiency.
Communication & Teamwork
· Build strong working relationships with colleagues across Operations, Packing, Dispatch and Fulfilment.
· Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors to support the smooth running of daily operations.
· Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve warehouse efficiency and operational performance.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience within a warehouse, logistics, production or manufacturing environment.
· Holds a valid Forklift Truck licence or has previous forklift operating experience.
· Holds a full car driving licence
· Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Can work effectively within a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads.
· Demonstrates a positive, flexible and proactive approach to work.
· Has strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team.
· Understands the importance of health, safety and quality standards.
· Is willing to support other departments and sites as business needs require.
· Is willing to train as a First Aider, Fire Marshall and Safety Champion.
