We’re a family-run business in Kettering that’s growing fast, supplying hospitality products into some of the largest hotels, stadiums and venues in the UK.
From our office base, we support customers across:
- Stadiums
- Hotels
- Restaurants & pubs
- Catering groups
We may be based in simple backstreet offices, but we operate at a seriously high level in the hospitality industry.
We’re now looking for someone to join our internal sales team and grow with us.
The Role
This role starts focused on our EcoBurner range, which is a high-impact, easy-to-learn product area.
Once you’re settled and performing well, you’ll naturally move into:
- Cleaning chemicals
- Kitchen & hospitality consumables
- Beverage & cellar products
- Full account management and upselling across the range
This is a role where you start focused, then grow into a full sales professional across multiple product sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking to hospitality customers by phone
- Building and growing existing accounts
- Introducing EcoBurner and cost-saving solutions
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Supporting campaigns, offers and bundle promotions
- Helping spot new leads and opportunities
We also encourage reps to:
- Go out on prospecting days to find new business
- Attend exhibitions and industry events
- Support marketing, mailshots and social media ideas
If you’re proactive, there is no limit to what you can get involved in.
What We’re Looking For
We don’t need someone who knows every product already.
We’re looking for:
- Someone smart, curious and able to learn quickly
- Confident communicator on the phone
- Friendly, positive and reliable
- Comfortable working in a structured but fast-moving environment
- Someone who wants to grow in a business, not just do a job
We’ll train you properly - but you need to be able to take information in and apply it quickly.
