Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and supervision to Support Workers, promoting best practice and ensuring a consistent, person-centred approach.
Support daily living
Work alongside the team to assist residents with personal care, meals, routines and everyday tasks, always promoting dignity, respect and choice.
Promote independence
Encourage and support individuals to develop life skills such as cooking, budgeting and decision-making, helping them achieve their personal goals.
Oversee care quality and consistency
