The FA and Experiences by Wembley are looking for a Hospitality Operations Coordinator to join the team at the iconic Wembley Stadium. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or develop a career in hospitality operations, working behind the scenes to help deliver unforgettable event experiences.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll support the Hospitality Operations team in the planning and delivery of hospitality events, gaining exposure to a wide range of operational activities. You'll work closely with colleagues and partners across the business, providing administrative and operational support to help maintain high standards across hospitality spaces and ensure every event runs smoothly and efficiently.
What will you be doing?
- Provide administrative and operational support for all Experiences by Wembley Stadium events when required, ensuring areas achieve the required standard. This includes being the lead point of contact for internal and external stakeholders where required.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for fixtures and fittings across designated hospitality areas.
- Lead point of contact for day-to-day management of Private Boxes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding branding, upgrades and amends to existing infrastructure, including but not limited to Private Boxes.
- Assist in the preparation and printing of accreditation when required.
- Deputise on bowl events for the Hospitality Operations team as and when required.
- Raise invoice requests, purchase orders, and liaise with the Hospitality Operations team and finance regarding budgets.
- Arrange meetings and take minutes/notes where appropriate for key meetings and distribute accordingly.
- Undertake administrative duties as directed by management.
- To undertake any ad-hoc projects when necessary.
- Execute additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group's changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.

- Administration and Co-ordination experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Beneficial to have:
- Understanding of Workday.
- Understanding of Audience View.
- Experience with accreditation systems.
- Experience within sporting clubs or stadia.
- Previous event experience.

Currently, we are working within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model, and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
