What you'll do
Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment delivery and strategy across our operations in Scandinavia, Netherlands, UK & Bulgaria.
Beyond getting to partner with stakeholders across the organisation to recruit across all roles (from GTM to Product & Tech), you’ll also have scope to evolve the role to match your own interests and skillset – as I have done over the past 4 years!
This is a great opportunity to step up into your first managerial role, currently with one direct report based in Bulgaria who is going from strength to strength and will relish an experienced recruiter to help guide her continued development.
Core responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Ensure an industry-leading candidate experience (both for those offered as well as those who are not selected). We have adopted AI hard at Puzzel, but it should be used as a tool to improve processes rather than replace human intuition and the personal touch.
Lead and evolve the TA operations and strategy.
Partner with our Hiring Managers, finding them great people, whilst collaborating and advising on hiring plans.
Understand our culture & promote our brand.
DE&I and Employer branding initiatives to increase visibility/awareness of Puzzel in the SaaS space.
Actively source and select the best candidates.
Act as internal consultant to empower Hiring Managers, by advising on best practice and selection.
Manage the recruitment budget.
Use data driven insights to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Manage TA Specialist, with regular touchpoints and coaching.
What you’ll bring
International experience – either working with international stakeholders/candidates or coming from an international background yourself – you’ll be working with candidates in multiple countries and must enjoy learning about + adapting to their cultures.
Innovation - bring ideas or proven examples of how we can level up our recruitment processes.
Open mindset – look beyond the job titles to see the potential in candidates to step up to a role, and challenge hiring managers to think outside the box.
Proactivity – see opportunities to improve processes and make them happen.
5+ years recruitment experience (ideally at least 1-2 of those in-house)
Ability to learn quickly – we work with a complex product portfolio and you’ll be recruiting for all seniorities, across all departments in a fast-moving SaaS company.
The nice to haves
SaaS recruitment, with exposure to Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology and/or RevOps hiring (any of these are useful). If you’re coming purely from agency-side, the more of these you have the better.
Management or training experience – indirect or direct management, or experience onboarding/training new starters. Ultimately though, we believe people are either natural managers or not, so we can guide those without formal experience but the right mindset.
The location
This role can be located in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Amsterdam/Netherlands or London/UK (remote first/hybrid set-up)
What’s In it for You?
Competitive salary based on Mercer salary benchmarking data.
Comprehensive benefits package
Flexible, hybrid approach to working; split your time between the office and home
Annual Summer and Christmas parties
Excellent development opportunities and a great company culture
What to expect from the interview process
1st interview with Head of Talent – me!
2nd interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist
Final interview with Chief People Office + 1-2 more people TBC
Puzzel Values
Built on Trust – trust is an intrinsic Nordic value, upon which Puzzel has been built. We trust each other and our customers and partners trust us.
Stronger Together – working together in a genuinely collaborative way, with a shared purpose, we have an empowered organisation that is better equipped to delight customers and partners.
Stay Hungry – have a continuous hunger to raise our game, innovate and be the best we can be professionally.
Diversity & Inclusion
We want everyone at Puzzel to be their true, authentic selves at work irrespective of nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical ability, age, or economic background.
Whilst we are proud to already have a diverse workforce from across the globe, we are aware that things could always be improved – for example, we currently have a ratio of female 26:74 male employees, which whilst not uncommon for the tech industry (average in SaaS is 26% female), it’s far from ideal. So, what are we doing to improve this?
Our Global Leadership Team (C-suite) has shifted from 100% male at the start of 2023 to 4 men: 5 women.
We increased our % of female hires from 23.6% in 2021 to 38.5% in 2023 and 41% in 2024! 2025 dipped back to 34% - but this has never been a tick box exercise, so we just want to make sure the trend remains positive.
We are partnering with the likes of Flexa, who have significantly higher-than-average talent pools of candidates from diverse backgrounds.
We are working with State Employment initiatives in Norway and Sweden to bring candidates through internship/apprenticeship routes and are investigating similar initiatives in the UK and Bulgaria.
By raising awareness and transparency, we are hoping to further attract a diverse workforce.
We are continuously striving to foster an inclusive and diverse environment, where everyone is celebrated for who they are. If there is anything we can do to support you in the interview process, or beyond, please let us know.
One Last Thing

By applying you accept the terms of our Privacy Notice which can be found on our website. Puzzel are not considering candidates that do not have a work permit in the country we are hiring in.
