Bar Supervisor – The Newdigate Pub, West Hallam
We are looking for a friendly, fun, bar supervisor to join our team at The Newdigate Pub in West Hallam!

The Newdigate is a busy, family-friendly food pub known for its welcoming atmosphere, great food, and fantastic service. We take pride in creating a great experience for our guests and a positive work-life balance for our team – including time off at weekends
What we’re looking for:
- A people person who loves engaging with customers and staff.
- Someone with a hands-on approach – leading from the front and getting stuck in.
- A team player who can support the owners in running the pub smoothly.
- A positive and energetic personality to keep the team motivated.
- Experience in hospitality or a similar management role is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Leading and motivating the team.
- Helping to manage stock, staff, and service during busy periods.
- Creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
- Hosting and Serving our amazing guest
