Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly Server/Bar person to join our dynamic hospitality team for the busy summer months.
EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL! Cocktail experience essential. Barista experience advantageous. Must be available to work weekends.
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
weekly pay plus equal share of weekly tips
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of tables before and after service
- Handle payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a positive attitude and create an inviting environment for all guests
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar/ restaurant is essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing purposes
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Pay: £12.71 per hour
