Duties
- Welcome all guests to the restaurant with a smile and a positive attitude
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Operate POS systems such as Kobas for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and retail math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Qualifications
- Proven experience with front of house in a restaurant is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Kobas; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
