Content Growth Manager
2 days per week
Remote, with a visit to Liverpool approximately once per month
This is not a social media manager role
We're not looking for someone to make Canva graphics, post "Happy Friday" messages, or report that engagement is up 12%. We're looking for someone who can turn content into patient enquiries.
Smileworks is a large cosmetic dental practice. Dr MJ Clinic is a nationally recognised facial aesthetics brand.
Between us we have years of clinical footage, patient stories, before and afters, educational content, reviews, conference talks and expert-led content.
Most businesses dream of having this much content.
Our problem isn't content creation, it’s content utilisation.
The role
You'll take content we already have and turn it into content people actually watch, trust and act on.
A single patient story might become a Reel, a TikTok, a YouTube Short, an email, a blog article and five social posts.
We're looking for a content multiplier.
You'll work alongside a videographer creating new patient stories and treatment journeys, and an email marketing manager who handles the technical side of campaigns. Your job is to make sure great content gets seen.
You'll use AI extensively.
We expect you to use AI every day to improve your work, organise content, generate ideas and move faster.
One of your first projects will be building a TikTok presence by repurposing content we already know performs elsewhere. Think of this as an AI driven Instagram - TikTok content migration.
Who we're looking for
We're not expecting you to arrive as an expert in dentistry, aesthetics or patient psychology. You'll learn a lot of that from us.
What we are looking for is someone who already understands content, video, AI and social platforms, and is excited by the idea of turning one piece of content into ten.
You should be comfortable editing video yourself and confident using modern AI tools as part of your workflow.
Experience in healthcare, dentistry or aesthetics marketing is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
What success looks like
You'll be measured on outcomes, not activity.
Success means:
- More content published from our existing content library
- More website traffic from content and social channels
- More patient enquiries generated from content
- New TikTok accounts for Smileworks and Dr MJ generating enquiries
- More consultation bookings generated from content
- More existing content assets being repurposed and reused
We don't care much about followers, likes or views in isolation.
A video with 2,000 views that generates three Invisalign consultations is more valuable than a video with 200,000 views that generates nothing.
