We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team! Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type.
- Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Manage the front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the salon environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional hair stylist with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in cuts, color, and styling.
- Skilled in barbering techniques with the ability to serve diverse client needs.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to customer service.
- Experience in store management or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty enhancements is preferred.
- Ability to mentor team members effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.

HOURS
- You will work 30- 40 hours on a 4 day week . This is Tuesday to Friday . You will then work every other saturday. Week 1 - 4 day week Week 2- 5 day week.
Pay: £19,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
