The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and loves creating great guest experiences.
You’ll be leading shifts, supporting the team and helping deliver everything from a busy Friday night service to private events and live music. You’ll set the standard on the floor, jump behind the bar when needed and make sure every guest has a reason to come back.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager to keep standards high, drive the business forward and make sure every service runs smoothly. Whether it’s pizza flying out of the kitchen, a private party, or a full venue on an event night, you’ll keep the team organised and the atmosphere spot on.
If you’re a hands-on leader who enjoys busy services, loves hospitality and has experience running events as well as great food and drink operations, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Support the management team in day-to-day operations
- Lead shifts and keep service flowing across the bar and floor
- Motivate and support the FOH and bar teams
- Maintain high standards in drinks, food and guest experience
- Keep the atmosphere right, whether it’s a quiet Tuesday or a packed Saturday

Pay: £31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
