Job Overview
We are looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic event staff to join our team throughout October.
This is a varied, customer-facing role supporting the day-to-day running of a busy outdoor event. Duties may include welcoming visitors, checking tickets, assisting with activities, managing queues and helping to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Checking tickets and directing guests around the site
- Helping to run event activities and attractions
- Managing queues and answering visitor questions
- Maintaining clean, tidy and presentable event areas
- Assisting with general site duties
- Working with the wider team to ensure the event runs smoothly
About you:
- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking to the public
- Reliable, punctual and willing to get involved
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail or customer service is helpful but not essential
Working dates:
Shifts are available throughout October. Weekend and half-term availability is required
