✨ About Be Pilates
Be Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio located in the heart of Birmingham. Since opening, we've built a warm and supportive community where clients are encouraged to reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement.
Our mission is centred around confidence, strength, and community, because we believe everyone deserves to move well, feel empowered, and be themselves. Our studio is equipped with 8 premium reformer beds, allowing us to deliver small, personalised group classes.
As our studio continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team and take on a regular Thursday evening teaching shift.
✨ Your Role
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Be Pilates, you'll deliver high-quality, engaging classes while helping our clients build confidence and strength in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading safe, engaging Reformer Pilates group classes
- Adapting exercises to suit different abilities and individual needs
- Coaching clients on technique, alignment, breathwork, and body awareness
- Creating a friendly, encouraging, and inclusive class atmosphere
- Supporting studio cleanliness and maintaining our high standards
- Building strong relationships with our growing community

We're looking for someone who is not only qualified but also genuinely enjoys connecting with clients and creating a positive class experience.
Requirements:
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous teaching experience preferred (newly qualified instructors with confidence and enthusiasm are also welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
- Passionate about helping others improve their movement and wellbeing
- Able to commit to the regular Thursday evening shift
