Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 plus tronc (£48,000 - £52,000 total)

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food production
- Lead and motivate the culinary team, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and service excellence
- Oversee all food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends while maintaining consistency and quality
- Train staff on food presentation, serving procedures, and hospitality best practices
- Collaborate with management to plan staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive food production and culinary experience with a strong focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations within the hospitality industry
- Previous kitchen experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of hospitality service standards including serving procedures and customer interaction skills
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence
Pay: £48,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
