Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of warehouse areas, including floors, aisles, storage racks, and maybe common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility to promote safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a tidy environment.
- Assist with organizing stock areas by removing debris, tidying aisles, and ensuring pathways are clear for safe movement of goods and personnel.
- Support warehouse operations by helping with manual tasks when needed, including loading or unloading supplies, Picking/Packing, Returns, Goods In.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues promptly to management.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work within a warehouse or industrial setting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers or vacuums safely and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage daily cleaning routines efficiently.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace.

Hours - 8am till 4pm (Monday to Friday)
Payrate - £12.71ph - Overtime is time & half for anything over 40hrs
Pay day - Paid the last Friday of the month
Pay: £12.71 per hour
