We are currently recruiting for Care Managers to help drive of our Complex Care Division & to provide safe, effective and person-centred delivery of care.

We’re looking for exceptional people who have:
- 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care Management
- Experience in complex care settings
- Strong track record of maintaining & exceeding compliance with the CQC
- A full UK Driving Licence is required due to rural locations and the need to travel between support settings.
- QCF Level 5 (or willing to work towards)
