Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support overall business growth. Duties
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimise SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics and WordPress.
- Oversee lead generation initiatives through targeted B2B marketing campaigns, utilising platforms like Google Ads and email marketing tools.
- Analyse campaign performance data to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimisation, and prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement metrics to maximise reach.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for content creation and visual optimisation to enhance campaign appeal.
- Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Provide leadership in managing external vendors or agencies involved in digital advertising or content production.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong emphasis on lead generation strategies within B2B environments.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Photoshop.
- Demonstrable skills in copywriting, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and analysis of digital metrics.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams or external agencies.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail; proactive problem-solving skills are essential.
