Responsibilities

- Build strong rapport with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat visits and positive reviews.
- Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and products to deliver modern, fashionable results.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimize wait times and maximize client satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and product recommendations to enhance their grooming experience.
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional barber or hairstylist with a portfolio of diverse styles.
- Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, trimming, shaving, and grooming techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and provide clear guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current grooming trends, products, and tools used in barbering.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
