Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas according to health and safety standards.
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy, organised, and hygienic at all times.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations during all cleaning activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning procedures is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work during scheduled hours, including early mornings or evenings if required.
Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
