Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Multitrader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of systems and equipment across London. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or supervise others as needed. Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, providing guidance and ensuring timely completion.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance or multi-trading roles with a broad skill set in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Strong electrical experience with an understanding of circuit systems and wiring
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
