Contract, Salary and Long-Term Opportunity
Salary: £38,000 per annum, based on full-time hours
Hours: 40 hours per week during the main wedding season
Contract: Full-time seasonal role, with ongoing year-round work available
Location: Froyle Park, Hampshire
Start date: As soon as possible / by agreement
This role is full-time through to the end of October 2026, with 40 hours per week available during our main wedding and events season. Additional hours may also be available during busy periods, depending on the event schedule and operational requirements.
Although our busiest season runs from approximately April to October, we are looking for someone who can become a long-term and valued part of the Froyle Park team. Depending on the successful candidate’s experience and interests, there may also be opportunities to support other departments during the quieter months, such as assisting the Maintenance team or supporting the Sales team during wedding showcases and events.
Our intention is to continue working with the successful candidate throughout the quieter months, before moving back into a full-time seasonal arrangement from April to October 2027 and in future seasons thereafter.
