Duties

- Manage customer inquiries both in person and via digital channels with clear, professional communication
- Organize merchandise displays and stock levels to enhance the shopping experience and optimize sales opportunities

- Utilize IT systems for order processing, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM)
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits and handle customer questions
- Valid driving license is advantageous for visiting clients or supporting store operations outside the main location
