Hours: 36 hours over 4 days (Monday-Friday) No OOH or weekends

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively within a supportive practice environment.
About the Role
As an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical and surgical care to a varied small animal caseload. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical interests while working alongside a skilled team of veterinary surgeons, RVNs, student nurses, and support staff.
The role includes:

Consulting and case work-ups

Routine and advanced surgery

Diagnostic investigations

Inpatient care and case management

Working closely with clients to provide excellent communication and continuity of care

Supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues where appropriate
What are we looking for?
We would love to hear from candidates who:

Are MRCVS registered
-
Have previous experience in UK small animal practice

Are confident with routine surgical and medical cases

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Are passionate about delivering outstanding patient and client care

We are a modern, forward-thinking veterinary clinic based on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a friendly, supportive team.
