The ideal Candidate must be:

3. Have at least years 5 experience in Management within the 3PL Warehousing & e-commerce Order Fulfilment sectors - THIS ROLE WOULD BE A DEVELOPMENT ONTO A GM POSITION.
4. Proven knowledge of WMS software, Mintsoft an advantage
5. A proven leader with focus on driving results and developing operations
6. commercial understanding, experience in working closely with current / new clients, developing those clients, scaling with growth.
7. Leading & developing a warehouse / Order fulfilment team of min 5-6 + operatives / members of staff (including Assistant manager / Supervisors)
8. Responsible for the profitability of the business, overseeing keys areas of business & operations including Supplier sourcing and Negotiating
9. promoting and developing all key areas of business including Staff, Systems, processes, protocols, insurances
10. Working with Company Directors and company I.T team, consistently developing company running / Operating efficiencies
11. Creating organisational objectives, strategies
12. Experience in generating / focusing on company KPIs and developing those
13. business acumen, working on own initiative
14. Make critical decisions
15. Working with management team in hiring, firing, performance, Appraisals, training staff schedules, budgets, Certification
12. Experience with Onboarding clients into business operations, working with Assistant manager & company CEO & Sales, providing clients with a high level experience.
