As our Maintenance Technician, you'll enjoy a varied and challenging role. You'll be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our new home, ensuring it's always in excellent condition.

Our Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- general maintenance
- decorating
- gardening
- plumbing
- tiling
- carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.
You'll put our people at the heart of everything you do - whether that's painting bedrooms, building planters in the garden or putting pictures on people's walls. We can guarantee that whatever you bring to the role, you'll see great rewards.
