We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join a supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while providing guidance and support to a team of Support Workers.
In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for those you support, while helping to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.

Lead by example and provide guidance to Support Workers within the service.

Administer and record medication in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Assist with personal care and daily living activities where required.

Support service users to achieve greater independence and wellbeing.

Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and accurate record keeping.

Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for service users.

Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker.

Experience administering medication is essential.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A caring, empathetic, and person-centred approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
-
A minimum of 6 months' professional care experience is essential.
