Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide prompt and courteous service in dining areas, lounges, or event spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including tables, counters, and common spaces
- Respond efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns with a positive attitude
- Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all arrangements meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery throughout shifts
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality, bar work or barista.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to hospitality settings
