You will have:
· A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an early years setting
· A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years or Childcare(essential)
· Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures (essential)
· A solid understanding of child development and how to support babies, toddlers and young children in reaching key developmental milestones
· Confidence in communicating with parents and carers, building positive and trusting partnerships with families
· A warm, nurturing approach with a commitment to individualised care
· Experience or knowledge of supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)(desirable)
