Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade E Point 9. Actual salary £16,502 (FTE £30,024)

Connect Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Cleaning Manager to join their team. Based across all nine schools within the Trust, this role will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Trust.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Line managing cleaning teams
· Monitoring cleaning standards
· Conducting quality inspections
· Coordinating staffing and rotas
· Managing cleaning stock and consumables
· Delivering training and induction
· Supporting school presentation standards
· Maintaining cleaning compliance standards
