Warehouse Operative
Immediate Start Available - Hollingbourne, Kent
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Booking stock in and checking goods received
- Organising and maintaining warehouse stock locations
- Assisting with stock counts and warehouse housekeeping
- Working closely with the sales and transport teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active, physically fit, and able to cope well with manual duties
- Own transport and living within 20 miles of ME17 preferred
- Forklift licence beneficial, but not essential
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm

- Competitive salary: £31,000 – £34,000, depending on experience
