Here's The Plan is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Energy Compliance Analyst to support clients in meeting energy and environmental compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and industry stakeholders.
- Manage client records, accounts, and compliance documentation.
- Collect, review, and submit compliance data to regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate energy assessments, audits, and certification processes.
- Support with environmental reporting requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance processes.
- Assist with invoicing, credit control, and general administration.
- Research prospects, support marketing campaigns, and identify business development opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of internal systems and databases.
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication, research, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; database management experience desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional, collaborative, and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable building relationships and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
