We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who can take ownership of cloud operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and help maintain dependable digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Support Operations:
Provide technical support for cloud services, infrastructure, and business applications. Monitor systems, investigate alerts, and ensure cloud environments remain reliable and secure.
Troubleshooting & Incident Management:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving cloud platforms, operating systems, networks, user access, and applications while maintaining excellent service standards.
Cloud Infrastructure Support:
Assist with cloud configuration, deployments, migrations, system updates, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Security & Access Management:
Support identity management, permissions, security controls, and best practices to help protect company and customer environments.
Monitoring & Documentation:
Maintain accurate technical documentation, record solutions, and contribute to improving support processes and operational efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to identify improvements, resolve challenges, and deliver effective technology solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in IT support, technical support, systems administration, or cloud support environments. Experience supporting business users and resolving technical issues is highly valued.
Cloud Knowledge:
Understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar technologies. Familiarity with cloud services, virtual machines, storage, networking, and monitoring tools is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls), Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Problem Solving:
You enjoy investigating technical issues, identifying root causes, and creating practical solutions. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
Mindset:
You are proactive, curious, and motivated to develop your cloud engineering skills. You take ownership of problems, enjoy learning new technologies, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
