The role is scheduled to work 4 OR 5 days per week (40-44 OR 50-55 hours per week) with all hours paid.
Pay Package for the role around £41,500 if working 5 days

The role of Pastry Chef de Partie ?
The Pastry Chef de Partie will work in one of the Pastry section. looking after the ground floor plated desserts for the Parlour and Glade morning menus (2 Rosettes) or the Gallery Evening Menus (3 Rosettes), or the afternoon tea production.
We are looking for Pastry Chefs with a Pastry qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Multi Michelin Star chef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Pastry Chef Damien Thibault have developed the French inspired European style Pastry Menu from all our restaurants.
