Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-orientated Cleaners to join our team. This role involves travelling to multiple client locations, so a full UK driving license is essential. Duties include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises, domestic and holiday accomodation properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Successful candidates will be required to provide references and complete a DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow organisational cleaning schedules and procedures diligently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks
- Changing bed linen and making beds
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role
Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
