Duties

- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle phone inquiries with proper etiquette, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office environment, including managing reservations and guest records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience
Skills
- Multilingual or Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries confidently and professionally
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, especially in guest services roles
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
