Duties
- Accurately transcribe and type documents, reports, and correspondence with precision and speed
- Edit and format text to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism across all materials
- Create engaging visual content using photography, ensuring high-quality images for various projects
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancement to support marketing and communication needs
- Develop multimedia content by editing videos with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe After Effects
- Design layouts and visuals using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator for print and digital publications
- Manage video editing projects from raw footage to polished final products, adhering to project deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to produce creative assets that align with branding guidelines
Experience
- Proven experience in typing, document editing, or related administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in photography and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite as an integrated platform for multimedia production
- Experience creating visual content for digital platforms or print media is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
