Job Summary
Join AUMOASIS, the UK's first traditional yoga clothing brand, as a Paid Part-Time Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern, where your creativity and passion for fashion marketing and wellness will help grow our community and connect us with the right voices. In this role, you'll support the creation and scheduling of social content, help identify and reach out to wellness influencers, and engage directly with our audience across Instagram and TikTok. This internship offers hands-on experience in fashion marketing within a founder-led, values-driven brand, working remotely, on flexible hours, with real ownership over campaigns from day one.
Duties
- Edit and assemble short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) from raw footage and brand assets
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram and TikTok in line with brand voice and aesthetic
- Identify and research potential yoga, wellness, and sustainable fashion influencers and ambassadors for outreach
- Support outreach to influencers - drafting initial messages, tracking responses, and coordinating gifting
- Monitor social channels daily for comments and DMs, responding and engaging in the brand's voice to build community
- Track performance of influencer collaborations and content, and report back on what's working
- Stay on top of trends in yoga, wellness, and fashion content to keep ideas fresh
- Occasional support with press outreach - drafting pitches or maintaining media contact lists
Qualifications
- Passionate about Fashion, marketing and e-commerce is preferred. Even better if you have an interest in yoga, wellness, or sustainable fashion, with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable editing Reels/TikToks
- Strong written communication skills, able to write in a consistent brand voice across captions, DMs, and outreach messages
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok scheduling tools is a plus
- Self-motivated and organised, and good communication skills, able to work independently against a content plan with minimal oversight
- Prior experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation is a bonus
- Based in the UK, able to work flexible part-time hours remotely
